Since the start of the pandemic, the Asian American and Pacific Islander community has experienced the pain and heartbreak of relentless harassment, assaults and even murders as the result of racism or xenophobia.
On June 22nd, we invite the AAPI community to share their everyday experiences to help transform workplace culture and systems (and beyond!) that affect humans. Join us for an empowering fishbowl conversation that gives AAPI voices a platform to empathize with, heal, and empower others to become better advocates for the community.
The fishbowl conversation is useful for ventilating “hot topics” or sharing ideas or information from a variety of perspectives. This format gives any member of the audience the opportunity to actively participate in the discussion to engage and learn from the panel. We ask that when entering the fishbowl you are respectful of the space we’ve created for the AAPI community to share their stories.
We all have the opportunity to learn from this fishbowl conversation. Attendance is open to ALL members and allies of the AAPI community and we encourage all people to register.
