2020 was full of impactful moments, many of which we are eager to leave behind. There are, however, some critical learnings from this past year that we are committed to holding onto in the new year and beyond.

As recently as the start of the new year, we saw the consequences of a world striving to hold onto anti-black systems and views rooted in racial power and superiority. This has prompted a vital resurgence of DEI initiatives in our organizations and world that cannot stop now.
