## WEBINAR: NAVIGATING UNCERTAINTY WITH CURIOSITY, COURAGE & CONNECTION

### DECEMBER 09, 2021 | 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET

Leading with heart has become a priority these last couple of years between the pandemic and civil unrest in the US. With employees navigating unprecedented stressors and burnout rates at an all-time high, people leaders need to model humanity and empathy now, more than ever.

Leaders willing to make the human experience part of open dialogue within their organization will help normalize the difficult emotions people may be feeling and bring people closer together, regardless of location.

ThinkHuman, Blueboard & PowerToFly invite leaders to share their experiences navigating uncertainty, the critical lessons they’ve learned, and how these are impacting the future of their organizational culture.

Let's lean in to:

⚡How leaders are navigating the uncertainty of the pandemic and the return to the office

⚡Why centering the human experience is essential for employee mental health and individual growth and development

⚡The future of connection in the workplace and how leaders can foster a sense of belonging.
